These terms and conditions apply to all order for the purchase of goods from bow and crossbones. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All Prices are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; this will not affect any confirmed orders.

How Your Order Will be Processed
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation e-mail, the e-mail will contain details of your order, I.e. name, address, order placed, etc. Once dispatched from BOW AND CROSSBONES you will receive a delivery e-mail with the date dispatched & delivery id code. In the UK, please expect to receive your within 2-3 working days from dispatch date. The rest of the world Please allow Upto 5 weeks to receive your order. goods will not be shipped until the buyer pays in full. For More Details on shipping please go to postage costs below.
Postage
Standard U.K Postage Is Charged At £1.50. This Service is 1st Class Royal Mail signed for and will require a signature on delivery. This Service has a tracking code. This code will be sent out to you in your dispatch email. You can check the where abouts of your item at www.royalmail.com. Standard worldwide postage is charged at £3. This service is 1st class Royal Mail Airmail. This service is not traceable. We retain the certificate of postage for proof that items have been sent out. If you require a service that is traceable please email for more information. We aim to send out all orders within 5 working days full of payment. This may be extended if the items are hand made. BOW AND CROSSBONES is not responsible for the customs, duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders.

BOW AND CROSSBONES cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, within the UK and overseas locations. We Get a proof of postage certificate on every single item that is sent out.

Custom Pieces & Hand made items
AS we are different we like to be able to offer you the chance to have your ideas made in to Jewellery/ accessories. It could be something that you have already seen on the website, and you just want to customize it slightly, or you have a full idea of what you want making but aren’t quite sure how to make it! All you have to do is email us with you ideas! [email protected].
Returns and exchanges
As we want you to fall in love with your hand crafted Jewellery, please let us know if there are any problems with your order. Please e-mail us at [email protected]. At Present we do not give no quibble refunds, i.e if you change your mind. If the item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced a refund or credit note will be considered. However this will require the item/s to be returned to Bow and Crossbones for inspection. We DO accept exchanges on all items except custom pieces, within 14 days of dispatch date. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Failure to contact Bow and Crossbones before sending back ‘Returns or exchange’ items may result in potential claim not being processed. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.
Who/ What is Bow and Crossbones?
Bow & crossbones is a small jewellery / accesories company, Run by me, Cam! At the Moment its a 1 woman show! Everything in this store is either handmade or handbuilt.
How long Does It take for my order to Be Sent Out?
As All the Items That we sell are either handbuilt of handmade, & at the moment made to order, it can take a few days for your order to be processed, (MADE!). If there is a delay to the service you will be informed via email.
